We offer a 30-day returns policy on all jewellery purchased through our website.

Grace & Flora jewellery is carefully handmade in my London studio, and I hope you will love your piece.

However, if something isn’t quite right, I offer a 30-day returns policy for peace of mind. If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once the item has been received safely, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. If you have any questions about a return or exchange, please feel free to get in touch and I will be happy to help..

Returns are not possible for personalised or sale items.

Christmas orders placed through November and December can be returned until 14th January or 30 days from purchase.
