Can I send gifts direct to a recipient?

If you would like to send your gift directly you can include a note to the recipient as you check out and add their delivery address instead of your own. The jewellery comes in pretty packaging with a note about Grace and Flora, an inspirational nature quote with your message. There is no paper receipt.

Will the jewellery be gift packaged?

All the jewellery pieces come in a quality eco-friendly gift box, with recycled tissue paper a card with an inspirational nature quote and a pretty business card. A few small pieces come in an organza bag which are stated, or a smaller, budget friendly box for simple pieces. The Grace and Flora style is natural and rustic, tied up with twine, and when I have them, I include dried petals.

Many of the jewellery pieces can be finished in different ways, depending on your preference. From a shiny polished finish, a contemporary matte for a softer appearance or a vintage style with darker details. See individual listings for more information. If in doubt, the polished finish is a traditional style and matte more contemporary. Please note, the vintage finish can take an extra day until dispatch.

If an item has sold out I do sometimes restock them, but not always.

You can choose your chain length as you order, see the size guide for more information. Please note, longer chains are a usually a higher price. Chains are all sterling silver and high quality.

How can I find out my ring size?

To find out your ring size you can order a low price ring sizer here in the rings section or here on Amazon. You can also see the ring size chart in the size guide. You can also choose small, medium and large for most designs. If you order the wrong size I can adjust it for £10 extra including postage.

How do I take care of my jewellery?

Sterling silver doesn’t tend to tarnish if it’s worn often. Otherwise, because the oxygen in the air reacts with sterling silver it can tarnish if left out for long periods. Keep it in an airtight bag or box to prevent tarnish. Silver polishing cloths and dips are widely available to clean oxides and bring back the shine. The brand ‘Town Talk’ is good. Because these pieces are solid silver you can wear them all the time, including in the shower, swimming and in the sea without any problems.

You can make your own jewellery dip by creating a tin foil container (line a bowl), then add a tablespoon of bicarbonate of soda and pour hot water over the silver. A cheap way to clean your jewellery!

Do you supply wholesale?

Thank you for your interest. Not at the moment, sorry!

Where does the jewellery come from?

All the jewellery is handmade here in England in my garden studio by me. I design and finish (melt, forge, solder, shape, file and polish) the pieces by hand, with help with casting some pieces in Hatton Garden, London.
