Safety

Members of the public currently have no access to my garden studio, so there are no collections from customers or visits to look at the jewellery. Workshops have also all been cancelled.

I am still making your pieces and am taking all the usual precautions of using hand sanitiser and hand washing and the studio is regularly cleaned. In the event of developing symptoms I will close up until tested negative and/or 5 days after symptoms stop.

Variations and Changes

All items are limited edition and this year I have a limited supply and it takes longer to restock. So if you have your eye on something order it while you see it, as when its gone its gone!

Ordering and Delivery

All orders are posted using Royal Mail First Class Post, usually ‘signed for’ delivery for most cases. International orders are sent ‘Tracked and Signed’. Please note that in some areas Royal Mail is under pressure and there may be delays. Although the vast majority of items arrive one day after dispatch please order in advance to be on the safe side. As Christmas approaches the lead time will be longer, due to volume of orders and pressure on Royal Mail.

For Christmas orders, last orders will be earlier than usual on 14th December though I may change this depending on the circumstances.

In conclusion, please order early to avoid disappointment!

Systems

Like many I am juggling work life and family responsibilities so although I am making as usual I am less responsive over messages than before. Please check the website before messaging as all the information you need should be available there and waiting for a message is likely to delay your order. If something is out of stock you can add it to basket which will give you a notification to sign up to find out when it will be back (likely to be 2021).
